Linda Ginac is the Chairwoman, CEO, and Founder of TalentGuard, a company based in Austin, Texas, specializing in talent intelligence software solutions. Linda has led the growth of TalentGuard from a start-up to a globally recognized enterprise with Fortune 2000 customers worldwide and offices in several countries. As a seasoned technology expert, Linda spearheaded growth for both privately funded startups and Fortune 500 companies, generating billions in enterprise value.

He is an expert in developing global digital transformation strategies, capabilities, and culture, focusing on creating differentiated customer experiences that drive profitable growth and sustainable competitive advantages. His unique hybrid background with deep expertise in Digital Technology Transformation, Innovation, and DTC/B2C/B2B Commercial Omni-channel Marketing sets him apart as a transformational leader.

As Chief Digital Officer of Resideo Technologies, Raymond led the successful transition and digital transformation of the Resideo and spin-off from Honeywell into an innovative industry-leading, “Customer First” globally connected home products and software-as-a-service company. Raymond pioneered and supported the strategic transition to drive connected services with new SaaSbased go-to-market energy service initiatives. During his tenure, he was able to support leading $1.5M in organic and acquisition incremental growth.
