Greetings and thank you for your generosity this year! We’ve been hard at work this past year enriching the quality of life and creating cherished memories for the children and families we serve while providing a much- needed break from 24/7 caregiving, as they navigate life-limiting or end-of-life journeys. Ryan House simply would not be what it is today if it weren’t for your support. It’s because of you that we can continue to provide a loving community where children can truly be themselves and live their lives to the fullest in a safe, homelike environment. Inside this year’s annual report, you’ll see the direct impact that your support has made this past year which enabled us to enroll 294 children and families in our respite program and provide 27,792 hours of respite care to 101 children with life limiting conditions and support 54 children and their families at end-of-life. You’ll also learn more about longtime Ryan House supporter, Sequoia, an innovative, people first benefit provider that has been supporting Ryan House since 2018. They have contributed volunteer hours, direct financial support, and collected hundreds of items from our wish list. The collective efforts of our partnership with Hospice of the Valley, our loving, compassionate, and caring staff, dedicated volunteers, committed leadership team, and diverse Board of Directors and committee members work together to strengthen and inspire the children and families we support which greatly contributes to Ryan House’s ability to effectively steward the support they receive from you. We believe that everyone deserves care, dignity, peace, and compassion, especially as they face the unimaginable challenges of a life-limiting condition and that is why your continued support is so critical and so very appreciated!
