Join the Digital Detox Challenge , designed to help you reduce digital dependence and improve your overall health, one step at a time. Break free from screen fatigue and reset your digital habits!
How to Participate
Complete tasks from three tiers , each designed to help you progressively unplug and reconnect in meaningful ways. You must complete all activities in each tier before moving on to the next. Employees who complete all three tiers and submit the verification form will be entered into a $50 raffle drawing!
