2.20 Gifts Gifts from Vendors and Suppliers • Employees may accept nominal gifts (e.g., promotional items, food baskets shared with team) valued at $50 or less. • Cash gifts or personal loans from vendors are strictly prohibited. • Expensive gifts (above $50) must be disclosed to management and may need to be returned. • If returning a gift is impractical, employees should donate it to a charitable organization or share it with the entire team.
