UPDATE SUMMARY

Please review the following updates and additions that will be reflected in the 2026 Employee Handbook. These changes are effective upon release of the updated handbook.

2.22 Working on Sunday Our policy regarding Sunday work has been updated. Please review the revised guidelines to ensure compliance with scheduling expectations. At Midwest Fastener Corporation, we value work- life balance and believe that every employee deserves the opportunity to rest, recharge, spend time with their family, and worship God. To support this, our Company has documented and clarified its No Work on Sunday policy. This policy applies to all Midwest Fastener Employees and Representatives.This policy states that no meetings, deadlines, travel, or work- related tasks should be scheduled on Sundays. If you are attending a work-related show or event that falls over a weekend, Midwest’s booth will not be staffed on Sunday. If it becomes necessary for you to stay over until Monday before traveling home, meals and lodging will be reimbursed and can be submitted through your expense report. Receipts for travel on a Sunday will not be reimbursed. 3.4 Timecards Clarifications have been added regarding timecard procedures, including expectations for accuracy and timeliness. Employees are required to maintain an accurate and complete record of their attendance and hours worked. Recording Work Hours Employees must accurately record the following • Start and end times of their workday • Beginning and end of each meal period • Start and end times of any split shifts or personal departures during the workday

Altering, falsifying, or tampering with time records may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Record Keeping and Verification • Midwest Fastener Corp. maintains records of paid time off earned and usage. • Employees are responsible for

reviewing their pay stubs to ensure hours worked, overtime, and paid time off are accurately recorded.

4.2 Attendance

(Hourly Employees) Employees must report call-offs at least two hours before their scheduled shift to avoid receiving attendance points. Failure to do so will result in points being assessed in accordance with the Attendance Policy. General Policy Punctuality and regular attendance are essential to the successful operation of Midwest Fastener Corp.’s business. Employees are expected to report to work on time and be prepared to perform their duties. • If unable to report to work or arrive on time, employees must notify their supervisor before the scheduled start time. • Call-offs need to be done two hours

before the start of your shift to avoid getting attendance points. • Employees seeking to leave work during the workday must obtain prior approval from their supervisor. • Excessive absenteeism or tardiness may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
