2.21 Bulletin Boards Bulletin boards provide employees
access to important posted information and announcements. Every employee is responsible for reading the necessary information posted on the bulletin boards. 2.22 Working on Sunday At Midwest Fastener Corporation, we value work-life balance and believe that every employee deserves the opportunity to rest, recharge, spend time with their family, and worship God. To support this, our Company has documented and clarified its No Work on Sunday policy. This policy applies to all Midwest Fastener Employees and Representatives. This policy states that no meetings, deadlines, travel, or work-related tasks should be scheduled on Sundays. If you are attending a work-related show or event that falls over a weekend, Midwest’s booth will not be staffed on Sunday. If it becomes necessary for you to stay over until Monday before traveling home, meals and lodging will be reimbursed and can be submitted through your expense report. Receipts for travel on a Sunday will not be reimbursed. For more details on this policy, please see the Working on Sunday Policy.
