4.6 Identification Badge Policy Issuance and Display

4.8 Parking Employees must park their cars in areas indicated and provided by the Company.

All employees, staff members, and office holders are issued a photo Identification (ID) Badge. ID badges must be worn visibly at all times while inside the facility. Lost or Damaged Badges

4.9 Workplace Behavior, Conduct & Discipline

Patience and respect toward those with whom we come in contact is mandatory. Impatience, short temper, profanity, or disrespect will not be tolerated. We want a friendly and professional atmosphere to prevail at all times. Standards of Conduct and Discipline As an at-will employer, the Company may impose discipline whenever it determines it is necessary or appropriate. Discipline may take various forms, including verbal counseling, written warnings, suspension, demotion, transfer, reassignment, or termination. The discipline imposed will depend on the circumstances of each case; therefore, discipline will not necessarily be imposed in any particular sequence. Moreover, at any time the Company determines it is appropriate, an employee may be discharged immediately. Every organization must have certain standards of conduct to guide the behavior of employees. Although there is no way to identify every rule of conduct, the following is an illustrative list (not intended to be comprehensive or to limit the Company's right to impose discipline for any other conduct it deems inappropriate). These standards of conduct apply to all employees whenever they are on Company property and/or conducting Company business (on or off Company property). Engaging in any conduct the Company deems inappropriate may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. a. Dishonesty. b. Immoral conduct or indecency. c. Engaging in unprofessional or improper

Lost badges must be reported immediately to a Supervisor/Manager or the HR department. Lost, stolen, or damaged badges must be replaced by the employee. Replacement Fees There is a $10.00 fee for replacement badges or for any badges not returned upon termination or separation. Acknowledgement All employees, staff members, and office holders will receive a copy of the Identification Badge Policy and must provide acknowledgement of understanding. 4.7 Visitors in the Workplace To provide for the safety and security of employees, visitors, and the facilities at Midwest Fastener Corp., only authorized visitors are allowed in the workplace. The family and friends of employees are discouraged from visiting unless prior permission is granted from the Operations Manager. All visitors must enter through the main reception area. Authorized visitors will be escorted to their destination and must be accompanied by an employee at all times. If an unauthorized individual is observed on Midwest Fastener Corp.’s premises, it should be reported immediately to a manager or supervisor, or the individual should be directed to the main entrance for assistance. All visitors in the building are required to sign in with the receptionist and wear a “visitors” badge at all times while in the building.
