Questions or advice about the idea should be directed to the employee’s supervisor or Management. Submitted suggestions are forwarded to the Executive Board for review. Special recognition will be given to employees who submit a suggestion the Company implements. Statements regarding problems concerning co-workers and management should be directed to the appropriate persons.

Employees who test positive on the second verification test will be subject to discipline up to and including immediate termination for violation of this policy. Furthermore, employees found to have alcohol or illicit drugs in their systems, under the WC Law may receive a 50% reduction to total forfeiture of workers’ compensation benefits.
