Both salaried exempt and hourly non-exempt employees can roll over 120 hours of unused PTO. If your balance on 12/31/2022 was larger than the 120 hours, you may use this balance as your rollover balance. If your year-over-year balance drops below the 12/31/2022 balance, this balance becomes your new rollover allotment (i.e., on 12/31/2022, you had a 300-hour balance. For 2023, your rollover balance is 300 hours. At the end of 2023, your balance dropped to 200 hours; that balance becomes your new allowable rollover balance.) • PTO can be taken in increments of minutes. • PTO may be used for vacation, personal time, or illness.

• PTO requests are subject to manager approval and business needs. PTO does not include designated company holidays, bereavement leave, or jury duty leave. Employees should refer to the Holiday Schedule for additional details. Employees who resign must provide 2 weeks’ notice to receive PTO payout of the previous year’s rollover amount, if applicable. The payout for your final year’s PTO will be calculated on a pro rata basis, and if it is determined you have used more than your entitlement, the difference will be recouped from your final pay as allowed by law. Should you separate your employment with the company but return within two (2) months of separation, your unused paid sick leave will be reinstated where required by law. *Paid Time Off includes any state paid sick leave. *For Michigan EST, we will frontload 72 hours of PTO that will be designated as Michigan EST to ensure we are complying with the law. This will be prorated if you are a new employee.

6.3 Holidays Midwest Fastener Corp. observes the following paid holidays • New Year's Day • Memorial Day • Independence Day • Labor Day • Thanksgiving Day • The day after Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Day • Floating Holidays The Company will provide 2 floating holidays each year. This day will be designated by the Company at the beginning of each year. The Company will grant paid holiday time off to all eligible employees (maximum 8 hours regular base pay rate).
