EAST HAWKESBURY COUNCIL FACES BUDGET CHALLENGE

East Hawkesbury Township council faces its first big challenge of the new mandate with the 2023 budget. “It is going to be a challenge,” said Luc Lalonde, chief administrator for the township, after finishing his presentation of the preli- minary report on the draft budget during a TQFDJBMDPVODJMTFTTJPO/PWFNCFS Lalonde’s report noted that some TPVSDFTPGSFWFOVFGPSUIFUPXOTIJQBSF MFTTUIBOJOQSFWJPVTZFBSTXIJMFJOáBUJPO has affected the projected cost for some NVOJDJQBMFYQFOTFT3JTJOHDPTUTGPSHSBWFM BOEPUIFSQBWJOHNBUFSJBMTXJMMBGGFDUIPX NVDISPBEXPSLDBOCFJODMVEFEJOUIF capital projects plan.
