● Trash pickup 7 days a week ● Place trash in bench before 7am for pick up the same day ● All Trash must be bagged, tied and placed inside the trash bin near the front door ● No loose trash in bench (loose trash will not be picked up) ● Trash that cannot hold inside the bench should be taken to the dumpster near the clubhouse Parking Don’t get towed! Parking limits are strictly enforced. Two cars per driveway or in designated parking areas. Check at the clubhouse for more information. Never park on the grass or block traffic!
