SOFTBALL With a roster comprised largely of 7th and 8th graders, Coach Brett Christensen’s squad finished 13-11 overall and 3-7 in conference play. The Lady Patriots went 0-2 in the 5A State Tournament. Lone senior Sara Long, a Hinds CC signee, led the way at the plate for MRA. The catcher batted. Young arms Sarah Grace Saulters, Lola Linton, and Sienna Smith were stalwarts on the mound. MRA started the season 5-1, including a four-game winning streak, and won seven of its first nine games. Long was an All-Star and All-Conference selection. VOLLEYBALL The Lady Patriots rebounded from a slow start to finish 16- 15. Sisters Cameron and Fallon Humphries were named to the All-MAIS Division 1 Team. Coach Ross Dorr’s team swept rival Jackson Prep during the regular season en route to a third - place finish. MRA won five of six during one stretch, including a four-game winning streak.

GIRLS SOCCER The Lady Patriots fell one game short of the 5A State Championship match, losing in the semifinals. Coach Lauren Stratton’s squad finished 10-7 overall, 4-6 in con- ference play after starting 6-0. Junior Ella Wesley Davis led the team in scoring with 15 goals, followed by senior Hunter Thompson with 15. Lacy Lockey, Avery James, Ella Dotson, Lily Kate Farrar, and Thompson were All- Star selections. Evie Ewing, an Ole Miss signee, Davis, Thompson, and Farrar were All-Conference picks. BOYS SOCCER Coach John Kehoe’s squad finished 10-8 overall and posted four conference wins during the regular season. The Patriots beat PCS in the opening round of the playoffs before bow- ing out in a tightly-contested semifinal. Luke Harris, Lawson White, Colten White, and Vanndel Chinchen were named to the All-MAIS Division I Team. Braedan Watters, Landon Mc- Gee, and Matthew Lemly were All-Star selections.
