RY CTION Directions: Preheat over to 375 degrees. Place crescent rolls flat on large non-stick baking sheet. Stretch and flatten to form a single rectangular shape and pinch together seams. Bake 10 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool about 30 minutes. Combine cream cheese, ranch dressing package, miracle whip, and ranch dressing and cream together. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust. Mix chopped veggies together and sprinkle over spread, pressing down into the cream cheese mixture. Chill in refrigerator for approximately 1 hour, cut into bite-size squares and serve. Ingredients: • Pesto
Easy Pea Pesto Pasta

• Fresh English Peas or Frozen
• 1/2 Cucumber
• Mint, Basil and Dill (handful of each)
• 1 Lemon – zest and squeeze juice
• 1/2 Lime – Juice
• 1 Garlic Clove
• Shallot or Green Onion
• 1/2 cup parmesan or feta cheese
• Salt and Pepper
• Olive Oil
Directions:
Put everything in blender or food processor except Olive Oil – drizzle olive oil while blending until you like the consistency. Medium thickness is the best. Cook Pea or Lentil pasta and top with pesto for a quick and delicious meal served cold or hot. Squeeze a little more lemon and add a touch of cheese on top!
