mother. “I watched both virtual Melaleuca Conventions with Aaron,” Amber says. “I told him, ‘You have everything it takes to become a Senior Director or an Executive Director. I’ve known it since the moment I met you.’” Aaron wasn’t ready at first, but Amber had the wisdom to offer him advice and wait. “We can’t pick the timing for others,” she says. “We can’t lead them before they’re ready. Our job is to just love them and meet them where they’re at, and that time will come.” Eventually the demands of Aaron’s work schedule caused a seismic shift in his thinking. When the moment was right, he was ready for a change. Aaron is now a Senior Director who in turn is mentoring his own business builders. “I just love my team,” Amber says. “Our team is called The Hot Mess Success. We have a lot of busy moms, busy nurses, and busy families. We’re not perfect—it’s messy—but it works. “I love them! All of the friends I see advancing in my business are people who I genuinely love and care about. Everything about them matters to me!”
New National Director Amber Springer enrolled with Melaleuca just over three years ago and has been hard at work from the beginning. She started building a business right away and within a short time had enrolled eight customers. “Honestly, I was shocked at my first check,” she says. “It was $378.50, and it was more money than I had made at a previous company after being with them for two and a half years.” This advancement really showcases the importance of Amber’s approach to work. “Business has its ebbs and flows,” Amber says. “But I know that I have to be consistent. I did the same thing every single day for three years. I didn’t change much when I was up or even when I was down. But the work always produced results. The results came at different times, but they always came.” Amber also has a talent for identifying and mentoring strong business builders. Her teammate, Aaron Hendricks, is a perfect example. Amber saw that Aaron needed a solution to create time freedom because his long nursing work hours were taking a toll. His wife, Jennifer, had been making huge sacrifices as a wife and
