I don’t have to worry about paying bills. My Melaleuca business gives me peace and the satisfaction that I can rest at night.” As he looks back, David is grateful for how his life has changed in recent years. “This is all God,” he says. “I know that might sound like a cliché, but it’s true. I was a heavy drinker after boxing, but I’ve been sober for two and a half years now. Once I quit drinking—once I gave that sacrifice to God—my life changed. I was broke then, but now my finances are back on track and life is way more positive.” Melaleuca has certainly added a measure of wellness to David’s life. And one of the things he loves the most about the company is that he can share that wellness with others. “I enjoy the camaraderie and seeing people get out of difficult situations,” he says. “I love to see my team earn awards, make money, and feed their families. It impresses me that I have the opportunity to change others’ lives. I want them to be happy, have peace in their hearts, and overcome struggles. That’s what this is all about.” SV
