You just need to keep going.”

“Convention was excellent! It exceeded my expectations in every way,” she explains. “As a businessperson, I always believed that I had to motivate myself, but when I went to Convention, I realized that I can really do this! At Convention you see that Melaleuca really practices what they preach. Everyone is treated like family. No one makes you feel like you can’t talk to them because they are a higher status than you. When Rosalie was first introduced to Melaleuca, she was impressed with the quality and effectiveness of the products, but it was her first experience with customer service that convinced her that Melaleuca was a company she wanted to be associated with. “They were so friendly,” Rosalie explains. “They call you by your name, and they really want to solve any problems. You can always judge a company by their customer service, and Melaleuca has the greatest customer service. They really made me feel like I fit in.” That feeling of belonging only expanded when Rosalie attended Convention 2022.
