GPS Development Finance (‘GPS’) is a Brisbane-based private lending specialist providing finance solutions to residential property development in South East Queensland. For over 30 years we’ve offered flexible, competitive loan products with a focus on saving time and money for developers. Our team will consider all loans that meet our development criteria and pride themselves on offering collaborative assistance to developers, no matter if they’re in the earliest stages of planning, or are seeking refinance for an ongoing project. GPS operates its own funding lines through GPS Investment Fund Limited, backed by a long-established, loyal, Australian investor base.

Having a local in-house team also give us the ability to seamlessly visit you on-site whenever needed, process progress drawdowns as they happen, and work alongside you on roadblocks as soon as they occur.

At GPS, we never prioritise presales prior to settlement and instead prefer to focus on the value of project location, the marketing strategy, the demand for the build, and the team involved. Our unique approach has resulted in over 30 years of project success and is backed by our extensive network of industry professionals across South East Queensland as well as a pool of repeat, trusted GPS borrowers.
As well as our commitment to exceptional client service throughout the entire finance period, the entire GPS team, including the majority of our Credit Committee, are located in Brisbane City. Meaning that our borrowers benefit directly from an efficient loan approval process, and can expect swift progress drawdown timeframes from our in- house team.
