Product prices are in U.S. funds and do not include GST or duties, provincial taxes, freight and importation charges. Prices and product specifications may change without notice. Quotations Any written price quotation remains in effect for thirty days from the time of the quotation, unless otherwise stated in writing. Warranty Midwest Fastener provides quality products warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any products shown to be defective at the time of sale will be replaced promptly. Midwest Fastener does not assume any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind from the use of Midwest Fastener products. Freight Freight is charged on any dropshipped order less than $100.00. Damage/Shortage Claim Please contact Midwest Fastener Customer Service Department at 1-800-292-0550 to notify us of damage or shortages. Returns Please contact Midwest Fastener Customer Service Department at 1-800-292-0550, for a return authorization. Prior arrangements should be made with Customer Service and should be authorized before the product is returned to Midwest Fastener products. Custom Orders Custom orders can only be cancelled prior to the start of manufacture. If the order is cancelled and it is in process, a fee may be charged.
