Ferruggia Associates, a second-generation, family-owned builder and property manager, brings more than 50 years of experience developing high-quality homes and apartments throughout New Jersey. Coldwell Banker New Homes, with over 25 years of experience in launching new residential communities, provided full-service predevelopment, marketing, and onsite leasing support. From the earliest stages, CB New Homes conducted competitive market research to guide the unit mix, floorplan design, finishes, and amenities. The team also developed a cost-effective branding and marketing program
that capitalized on Ferruggia’s trusted name and emphasized the project’s strengths—its central location, upscale interiors, and generously sized residences. CB New Homes also assembled an experienced leasing team to drive the successful lease-up. Leasing Manager Ted Hanley was named Leasing Consultant of the Year, while Marketing Manager Sheryl Ritschel earned Marketing Executive of the Year—both honored by the Metro Builders Association for their leadership on Allure and other communities.
