When past festival chair and organizer Steve Ham and 2026 festival chair Ricky Siegel sat down with us at Town Hall, the new Highlands restaurant that opened earlier this month, they were quick to clarify something about their vision for Highlands Motoring Festival.

Now entering its 19th year, Highlands Motoring Festival has become one of the Plateau’s signature weekends. The 2026 festival runs June 11 through 14, bringing rare automobiles, collectors, longtime locals, first-time guests, and serious enthusiasts into a town that has learned how to host the event without letting the event outgrow it.
