Brad Ricker brings more than two decades of real estate experience and a rare depth of knowledge of The Reserve at Lake Keowee. A native of Pickens, South Carolina, Brad earned a degree in Business Administration from Western Carolina University, where he was also a member of the golf team. He began his real estate career in 1999 as a Sales Associate with The Reserve, joining at the ground floor alongside his father, Dean Ricker, and Dr. Buddy Thompson, the community’s original founders. Today, his long-standing connection to the commu- nity and local market makes him one of the area’s most trusted real estate advisors.
