It all began with a dream. But for that dream to become a reality, I had to step out of my comfort zone and take new actions because only by doing so would I get new results. I sat down with my team, and together, we designed a strategic plan that would work for all of us. One strategy was to speak individually with each Member first to understand their desires and limitations. This was important because it had been lacking in my previous plans each time I tried. I tried many times, so my motto is NEVER TO GIVE UP. I failed a lot before getting it right. If Plan A doesn't work, change to Plan B, C, or D… and keep going until it does. Never give up on your dreams.
