The Role Director of Estates and Facilities

The Anglia Ruskin estate has been extensively redeveloped and expanded at all current campuses over the last 20 years. The University is now cited as a rising star within the sector and plans to continue to add new buildings in Chelmsford and extensively refurbish the existing estate in Cambridge and Peterborough. This role provides oversight and leadership for the full range of building and property related works, achieving projects on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards. The role will include responsibility for both low and high value capital and revenue works.

This is an exciting time in our history with the new Director of Estates and Facilities taking a prominent role within the regeneration of the local area working closely with our partners at the Council.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a senior management post which will have a direct influence on implementing the wider University Strategy which can be viewed at https://www.anglia.ac.uk/about-us/ strategy-and-leadership
