REHAU’s People And Products Shine With 13 NFA Nominations

REHAU is celebrating a landmark year at the 2025 National Fenestration Awards (NFAs), with 13 nominations across both individual and company-wide categories – the most the company has ever received. From customer service and digital marketing to product innovation and sustainability, the nominations reflect the organisation’s commitment to excellence across every aspect of its operations. At the heart of these nominations is REHAU’s dedicated team of professionals, whose passion and expertise continue to drive the business forward. Their hard work, alongside the company’s standout product innovations, showcase a culture built on trust, development, and a relentless pursuit of quality. Rising Stars and Proven Leaders Among the individual nominees is Eirini Charalambous, Customer Brand Host at REHAU UK, who has been shortlisted for Customer Service Person of the Year. Based at the REHAU Hub in London’s Building Centre, Eirini is often the first point of contact for customers and is responsible for creating a great and welcoming first impression. Known for her excellent communication and interpersonal skills, her nomination is a reflection of her dedication to ensuring every customer interaction reflects the company’s high standards. Samsara McDonald, Commercial Sales Manager, is a finalist for Business Development Manager of the Year. A skilled negotiator with a demonstrated history of working in the fenestration and construction industry, Samsara has played a pivotal role in expanding REHAU’s market presence across Scotland. Her warm approach and deep understanding of the fenestration industry have helped her forge strong relationships with fabricators and installers, driving further growth in a market vitally important to REHAU. George Ware, Technical Engineer, has been nominated for Young Person of the Year. George’s journey at REHAU has been defined by his enthusiasm for self- improvement. George’s nomination is a testament to his technical expertise, innovative mindset, and commitment to continuous learning across several disciplines, including 3D printing, rapid prototyping and computer-aided product design. Natalie Rogers, Digital Marketing Manager, is a finalist

for Social Networker of the Year. Natalie’s keen eye for digital trends and a passion for authentic engagement has helped the company foster strong brand visibility, making her a standout in the fenestration industry’s social media landscape. Her work has helped REHAU connect with new audiences and reinforce its reputation as a supportive partner to fabricators and installers. Martin Hitchin, Chief Executive of REHAU UK and President of the British Plastics Federation, is shortlisted for Managing Director of the Year. With over three decades at REHAU, Martin’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company’s culture and long-term strategy. His focus on innovation, sustainability, and talent development continues to guide REHAU’s success in a highly competitive market. A Year of Product Innovation REHAU’s product portfolio has also earned significant recognition at this year’s NFAs. The SLINOVA sliding door has been nominated in two categories: Best Use of Video and Digital Marketing Campaign 2025. The
