This site has the advantage that all of the property has the same zoning district (E). Portions of the site are owned by Fort Worth ISD and is being used for school parking. However, there may be sufficient property to the north and south to merit development as a Neighborhood Node. Adjacency to Bunche Park just east of the school should be an advantage. There are already some neighborhood serving retail uses at this node.
