Neighborhood Nodes In the analysis phase, the team identified numerous areas within the overall study area that have attributes that make them good candidates for walkable neighborhood nodes. These areas typically already have Neighborhood Commercial zoning (E and ER) and occur on streets that carry less traffic, making the streets good candidates for a more urban retrofit that might include on-street parking and wider sidewalks. Infill could take the form of missing middle residential or small retail or office based on the market.
