CONNECTIVITY The connectivity recommendations in the analysis cover both roadway and pedestrian connection opportunities in the study area. As the primary east-west roadway in the study area, most east-west trips must occur on East Berry Street. Improved east-west connectivity has the potential to distribute trips across a greater network resulting in shorter trips, reduced travel times and reduced reliance on East Berry Street. In addition, a well-connected road network improves conditions for multimodal travel adding to the vibrancy of local neighborhoods and increasing local access to opportunity destinations.
