Though not displayed in the figure, pedestrian refuge islands should be implemented at intersections to add a pedestrian safety component to the proposed median. S6. Enhance East Berry Street and Riverside Drive Intersection with crosswalk visibility enhancements, flashing yellow arrow on signal head, and yellow change intervals to increase safety. This intersection had 9 pedestrian related crashes from 2017-2022. S8. Enhance East Berry Street and Miller Avenue Intersection with an updated traffic signal and crosswalk visibility. S9.
