TECHNOLOGY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT The lack of up-to-date technology and free access to Wi-Fi in under-served communities surrounding East Berry Street is an issue that residents in this area face. Providing free public Wi-Fi networks benefits residents of all ages and abilities to look for employment online, research, or personal entertainment. The Stop Six neighborhood located on the eastern portion of the study area is planned to have free public Wi-Fi coming in the fall of 2023.
