RIGHT-OF-WAY & UTILITIES Due to the manner of some of the recommendations throughout this Analysis Chapter, there are segments along the corridor that require right-of-way (R.O.W.) acquisition. Right-of-way acquisition refers to the act of purchasing land or easements by the City to complete a project or improvement. The segments called out in this section of the analysis experience limited right-of-way for the recommendations presented in this study. The Appendix of this study includes a roll plot of the specific properties affected by recommended R.O.W. acquisitions.
