GUS REALL WEDNESDAY KEYNOTE SPEAKER CEO, STOLLE MACHINERY COMPANY Gus Reall is the Chief Executive Officer of Stolle Machinery Company, LLC. Gus has been in the can machinery industry since 1983. He began his career as an engineer with National Standard Company’s Wagner Litho Division in the three-piece can business and subsequently joined Sequa Can Machinery in 1988. He served in various roles, from engineering to sales and marketing to manufacturing and in 1998 was named President and General Manager of Sequa Can Machinery. Subsequently Gus was named as
a corporate vice president and officer of the parent Sequa Corporation. Additionally he served as a director of subsidiary corporations in both the United Kingdom and Brazil. Gus assumed his current position following the 2011 sale of Stolle to Toyo Seikan Kaisha, Ltd. Prior to this he had served as the President of Stolle since the 2004 merger of Sequa Can Machinery and Stolle Machinery Company, LLC. A graduate of both Union College in Schenectady, NY and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY Gus holds a BSME and an MBA. He resides in Colorado with his wife Dawn. They have two sons, Joshua and Brandon as well as a grandson Cassius.
Award acknowledgement.Unlike the Excellence in Quality award program, which is conducted to recognize companies for their decorating and manufacturing skills, this award recognizes individuals for their level of competency in the manufacturing sector. This award was created to honor the manufacturing personnel and is similar to the Decorators of the Year award which will still be awarded for honoring the decorating sector skills. We will now have 2 individual category awards. This award program allows companies to acknowledge and nominate their metal packager(s) so they may be recognized by their peers for their skill and ability. This year’s award will also be presented during the IMDPA Conference during our Wednesday’s Awards Luncheon being held on September 27th. ANNOUNCING OUR NEW METAL PACKAGER OF THE YEAR AWARD!

During Wednesday’s Awards Luncheon, the best of the best will be put up on the big screen for all to view and acknowledge the winners’ dynamic and high quality decorating. From all of the Best of Category winners, a panel of judges will select the Grand Award for the best decorating of the year.
