“Just finished the Spring Into Business Administration course and honestly I couldn't be happier! It was a brilliant 5-week experience that completely exceeded my expectations. The course was Level 2 and delivered online through Microsoft Teams which made it super easy to attend and stay engaged. A huge shoutout to our tutor Tracey Dawe who was absolutely amazing. Her teaching style was clear, organised and genuinely inspiring. Every session felt structured and easy to follow and she made even the trickiest topics feel manageable. You could really tell she cared about our progress. And then there’s Nikki Lowe our incredible employability coach. Every Monday she brought so much energy and support to the table. From teaching us interview skills to helping us understand what employers are really looking for Nikki just nailed it. She even invited guest speakers from different organisations which gave us a real insight into the job market and loads of confidence to go out there and apply for roles.
