To develop methods for a variety of analytical methods. Take individual responsibility and undergo training to enable independent work. Ensure that their testing, procedures and required documentation, is performed carefully and accurately to eliminate errors with a “Right First Time” attitude. Ensure laboratory cleanliness and Health and Safety standards are maintained. Ensure consumable stocks are maintained to ensure timelines are adhered to, and to order consumables when required.

Qualifications A minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade 4-9/ A*- C or above and must include Science, Mathematics and English Language. A level 3 qualification in Chemistry or Science would be advantageous but not essential.
