Prior to Wikoff, he held leadership roles at EAI and AE- COM, managing complex global initiatives including large- scale infrastructure and pharmaceutical programs. In recognizing Philippe Voet, Etivoet, Belgium, as an Honorary Member, FINAT pays tribute to a Presidency that helped guide the association through an exceptionally de- manding period. Having joined the Technical Committee in 2017, become a Board member in 2019, and assumed the Presidency in 2021, Voet provided steady and forward-look- ing leadership at a time when the industry was emerging from the pandemic and facing new pressures related to supply chains, sustainability, and European regulation. Chris Ellison, OPM Labels & Packaging, UK, recog- nized with Honorary Membership s first engaged with FINAT as a guest speaker in 2005, joined the Board in 2013, became Vice President in 2015, and served as President from 2017. His Presidency reflected a strong belief that FINAT is, above all, about people. A conviction that helped shape the association’s community spirit and long-term development.

Wikoff, Fort Mill, South Carolina, has named David Donnel- ly as Chief Operations Officer. Donnelly, who joined Wikoff in 2025 as director of the Project Management Office (PMO), will now assume responsibility for all core opera- tional functions. In his new role, Donnelly will oversee manufacturing, supply chain, quality, environmental health and safety, PMO and IT, bringing these areas together under a sin-
