Women of Whistl Survey Results
Introducing our new Behaviour Framework
At the end of November, we invited female employees to complete our Women of Whistl (WOW) survey to gather their perspectives on working here at Whistl.
Replacing our Competency Framework, this new framework is a set of core behaviours which define how we are expected to approach our work.
Thank you to those who completed the survey, we had 366 responses!

Out of these responses, 33% of women showed an interest in joining a “Women of Whistl” group; a group implementing changes women would like to see. If you would like to be a part of this group, please email edi@whistl.co.uk

Race Equality Week 2024
Have your say with MySay!
Whistl are taking part in Race Equality Week, which is a UK-wide initiative aimed at uniting organisations and individuals in activities to address the barriers to race equality in the workplace.
Our annual employee engagement survey, MySay, will be open for all employees from: Monday 5th February To Friday 16th February 2024. This is your opportunity to have your say on what we have done well, not so well and where we could do better.
Here’s what you can expect to see on Marvin throughout the week:

Day 4: A Culture of Belonging

Latest achievements and updates from our colleagues
DDM took the “Blues” out of “Blues Week”! Did you know that the “most depressing day of the year” is in January, often falling on the third Monday of the month. On the week of the 16 th of January, our colleagues in DDM (Doordrop Media) decided they weren't going to let the January Blues get the better of them. They put on a week of events that were designed to lift spirits among their team: • Monday - Krispy Kremes and Hot Drinks • Tuesday - Hot Chocolate Bar • Wednesday - Guess the dinky DDM'er (baby photo quiz) • Thursday - General Knowledge quiz and award ceremony • Friday - Drink at the pub

Congratulations to Laura Sanjurgo, who has completed the gold JICMAIL certification. We are always excited to share colleague's accomplishments, and this is no exception!
