Strengths

We continue to meet our K-12 Guidance Plan (339 plan) goals to help prepare our students for the future We have a supervisor of student services who oversees attendance, nursing, 504 plans, and other programs related to students' needs and will be working closely with our counselors and wellness staff to design a comprehensive health and wellness curriculum to address physical and emotional health. Every student K-12 has their own device that they can use in the classroom (Grades We have a designated summer curriculum institute that provides time of staff to focus on the design and/or revisions to curriculum units based on patterns and trends in student achievement as identified on common and benchmark assessments. Challenges Attendance continues to be a challenge as we rebuild consistent school attendance routines for students. While we are seeing gains in the overall (tier 1) achievement of students, we have challenges in addressing the specific needs of subgroup populations. There is a need for consistency in the implementation of the curriculum. There is a need for all staff to engage in highly effective instructional practices across levels and content areas.
