We have noticed significant impact to student learning in teams that have specific and planned collaboration times.

Teacher Collaboration

If all students can achieve grade level proficiency and/or their growth targets in mathematics, then we will see closures in the gaps for students in subgroup populations and it will require the implementation of a high-quality curriculum, differentiated opportunities based on student needs, and professional development to build teacher capacity. If we can improve student attendance across all grade levels and subgroups, then we can guarantee access for all students to participate in excellent initial instruction and are available for the supports they may need to achieve the goals. If we can increase the use of highly effective instructional practices and common assessments to monitor progress, then we can expect and maintain a focused system for continuous improvement and ensure organizational coherence.
