Priority : If all students can achieve grade level proficiency and/or their growth targets in reading and communicating, then we will see closures in the gaps for students in subgroup populations and it will require the implementation of a high-quality curriculum, differentiated opportunities based on student needs, and professional development to build teacher capacity.
