Action Plan For: Collective Efficacy/Collaboration/PLCs Measurable Goals:
• All staff will engage in highly effective instructional practices based on an established instructional design framework inclusive of formative assessments and common benchmark measures to drive meaningful learning experiences for students. • GASD students will demonstrate 63% grade level achievement on state and local mathematics assessments and/or achieve annual growth target of at least 4%. • GASD students will demonstrate 76% grade level achievement on state and local ELA assessments and/or achieve annual growth target of at least 2.5%.
