Virtual Induction Institute The Greencastle-Antrim School District provides all inductees with a hybrid model for professional development. Participants participate in the virtual institute learning path as well as in person sessions with the induction team and mentors. Once you complete the virtual institute be sure to do the following: 1. Complete program evaluation. 2. Print your certificate and submit to Heather Alvey, Human Resource Director 3. Act 48 will be submitted for you. GASD uses PAETEP, a comprehensive suite of teacher evaluation tools fully aligned with the Pennsylvania Department of Education and Act 13.
