Cynthia Morraz is a trusted advocate and storyteller for Latinx families across Indianapolis. Her work is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and the courage to speak truth when families are hurting or overlooked. Her path began with showing up for her community during moments of crisis and grief. Over time, her presence became a steady source of comfort, interpretation, and support. Her passion is helping families feel seen and understood, especially when language barriers or system gaps create fear or confusion. Cynthia tells the stories that others miss, uplifts the needs of her community, and helps people navigate difficult situations with dignity. Her purpose is rooted in protecting families, honoring their culture, and building trust through truth. Cynthia’s lived experience as a Latina mother informs her leadership deeply. She understands the challenges that Spanish speaking families face when interacting with unfamiliar systems. Her passion is to make those pathways less frightening.
