MARDI GRAS Pre-Prep children celebrated Mardi Gras by parading around the School, playing musical instruments, singing French songs and wearing the wonderful masks which they had made in class. Then they got to enjoy some yummy treats to conclude their celebrations.
PORT LYMPNE Year 3 and 4 had the most wonderful visit to Port Lympne. The children really enjoyed seeing the animals and learning all about the incredible conservation work they do.
RAMSGATE TUNNELS Year 6 spent a morning learning about local history on their visit to the Ramsgate Tunnels. Mr Brown gave a very informative talk about the importance of the tunnels during WWII. The children enjoyed a guided tour of the subterranean tunnel system used to shelter 60,000 people during the WWII air raids.
