Alison Woodhead, is a strategic marketing, business development, and brand strategy consultant with over 25 years’ experience, latterly at board level, in Top 100 law firms and Commercial organisations with regional, national and international markets and clients. An established strategic leadership director, managing growth and CRM (Client Relationship Management) strategies is a specialist area. Through extensive experience nationally and internationally, in London, US, Canada and Europe in market leading organisations, Alison now works with clients from all business sectors who need tangible and consistent results from their marketing budget, whatever the size, and focused totally on the client perspective. Focus on measurability and ROI (Return on Investment) is paramount. People management and collaboration with teams is a key strength and something she is renowned for within her extensive network. Having directed and implemented over 7 major commercial rebrand projects, and a proven record of successes in the strategic planning and implementation of profitable ongoing initiatives, Alison is a warm and engaging people person.
