ما بعد الإنسانية وحروب الجيل الخامس: إعادة تشكيل الصراع في عصر الفاعلية الخوارزمية Posthumanism and Fifth-Generation Warfare: Reshaping Conflict in the Age of Algorithmic Agency * Basel Alrjoub – باسل رجوب ملخص يـّا في طبيعـة الصـراع يتجـاوز التطـور � اًا جذر يشـهد النظـام الدولـي المعاصـر تحـول ا ًا التقنـي ليعيـد تشـكيل مفهـوم الحـرب والفاعليـة نفسـها. لـم تعـد الحـرب فـعل يـّا يتركـز حـول الدولـة والإنسـان، بـل أصبحـت عمليـة شـبكية هجينـة � عسـكري ًّّا تقليد قائمـة على البيانـات الضخمـة والخوارزميـات والـذكاء الاصطناعـي، تسـتهدف البنـى الإدراكيـة والسـلوك الجماعـي قبـل التدميـر المادي. تنطلـق الدراسـة مـن فرضيـة أن يـّا في صناعـة القـرار العسـكري والسياسـي؛ � اًا بنيو الفاعليـة الخوارزميـة أصبحـت عـامل ممـا يطـرح أزمـات حـول المسـؤولية والسـيادة والشـرعية. وتسـتهدف الدراسـة تقديم قـراءة نقديـة تحليليـة تربـط بيـن الأمـن، والفلسـفة السياسـية، وأطروحـات مـا بعـد الإنسـانية، سـاعية إلـى فهـم التحـولات العميقـة في معنـى الحـرب والفاعليـة في العصـر الرقمـي. حــروب الجيــل الخامــس، الفاعليــة الخوارزميــة، مــا بعــد الكلمــات المفتاحيــة: الإنســانية، الحــروب الهجينــة، الســيادة الرقميــة. Abstract The contemporary international system is witnessing a profound transformation in the nature of conflict, one that goes beyond mere technological advancement to reshape the very concept of war and agency. War is no longer a traditional military act centred on the state and human actors; it has become a hybrid networked process driven by big data, algorithms and artificial intelligence, targeting cognitive structures and collective behaviour before material destruction.
