JULY 2026 NEW ON NAXOS About Henrik Nánási, Conductor Henrik Nánási was general music director of the Komische Oper Berlin from 2012 to 2017, where he conducted a wide-ranging repertoire. Born in Hungary, he regularly appears at the world’s most prestigious international opera houses, including The Metropolitan Opera in New York, Royal Opera House, Covent Garden in London, Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Teatro Real in Madrid, Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona, Opéra national de Paris, San Francisco Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Opernhaus Zü rich, Bayerische Staatsoper, Semperoper Dresden, Arena di Verona and the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma. In addition, he has appeared in concert with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo, ORF Radio-Symphonieorchester Wien and the Bruckner Orchester Linz, among others.
