We are recognized as a Platinum Club and a top Workplace by the Richmond Times Dispatch because of so many team members who constantly go “above and beyond” to provide exceptional customer service. Below is a list of recent MVP winners!
Pam Thomas Fitness
I am nominating this employee for an MVP award. Over the last few months, this employee has taken on an additional role as our Community Resource person. We had old pool lounges, tables and chairs that needed a home. She researched options and when Camp Hanover was suggested, she immediately contacted them. They met with us to take a look at the donated items and were thrilled to receive them. This employee worked with Adam and Kathy in Support Services to get the furniture delivered to them before Labor Day. After the success of this donation, Youth discovered that they no longer had a need for a wooden slide that was in the play center/ youth lounge. With the re-opening of the lounge, it was
important to have this piece of equipment find a new home immediately. This employee found the Children’s Museum and worked closely with them to have it removed before the lounge opened. Not only have we been successful in donating gently used items to local non-profits but we were also successful in not filling up the landfill (or our containers). This
employee took the extra time to make these connections and to ensure that the items found new homes.
