Elevator Pitch:

USP- Unique Selling Point: Describe what makes your solution unique. Almost every product or service on the market today has competition. People may even believe your solution is interchangeable with a competitor’s. What sets your solution apart? That is your unique selling point.

What problem does your business solve? Customers want to know what you can do for them, either, solving their problems or helping them capitalize on new opportunities. To give value first understand what customers truly want. Tell a story behind your business, what made you start this one. Stories are powerful and they can lead to a greater impact. It’s a 20-30 second of your introduction, start with your name, first and last name should have a pause. Then share something about you which can deliver a message to the audience about your personality that can be related to your business. Remember you are the front face of the organization; people don’t buy because of the product or service your offer rather they buy because of you. So present yourself in such a way that you can leave an impact. This might also include your appearance, your communication skills, your attitude, and how you relate to others.

Be ready to handle objections:

When meeting a potential customer, do more listening than talking. Show that you want to build a relationship, not just make another sale. Maintain eye contact, observe your body language, Practice patience, do not interrupt, and then clarify any uncertainties they might have.

Ask for referrals: Asking for referrals can be uncomfortable for many people. The feeling of being pushy may cause you to hold back. You may not know the right way or right time to ask or maybe you just forget. Always look for an opportunity to ask for a referral.
