Agent Services update Wednesday 7 December 1pm to 2pm Outlining Agent Services, what HMRC are working on until April 2017 and how this will be supporting Making Tax Digital for Business.
Class 2 National Insurance Contributions through Self-Assessment Wednesday 14 December 2016 1pm to 2pm This meeting will cover payment and allocation of Class 2 and impact on Benefits.

HMRC Digital Working Together Meeting 26 October 2016
Following on from the publication of Agent Update issue 56 invitations have been sent out by HMRC Agent Engagement Team with details of the next digital Working Together meeting.
The meeting is to be held on 9 November 1pm to 2pm and if you haven’t received an email invitation yet you can contact the Agent Engagement Team Mailbox directly.
The Issues Overview Group (IOG) have agreed that Priority 1 issues are:
Reported delays with Self Assessment repayments Completing and saving HMRC online forms Online notices of coding Class 2 NICs and Self Assessment

2-Step Verification for Government Gateway Accounts 15 November 2016
A small number of agents who were registered for 2 Step Verification (2SV) were recently unable to access HMRC online services.
As you may be aware, a small number of agents who were registered for 2 Step Verification (2SV) were recently unable to access HMRC online services.
2SV is currently deployed as an extra layer of protection for individuals and some small businesses and, at the moment, is not designed for use by agents accessing services on behalf of their clients.
