In Oakland, Sherwin Wil- liams leased a 4,652 s/f space at 332 Ramapo Valley Rd. The 32,000 s/f neighborhood center is a prime retail site with abundant parking and affluent demographics. Lew Finkelstein , executive vice present, and CJ Huter , vice president, represented the owner while Neil Goldstein , principal, represented the tenant. In East Windsor, Sherwin Williams leased a 4,000 s/f space at 540 Rte. 130 in a new multi-tenanted shopping center.
