The organization, which is an affiliate of the new- ly formed Greater Reading Chamber Alliance, plans to use the property for opera- tional purposes. n Investment Real Estate, LLC adds Murdorf as director of construction YORK, PA — Investment Real Estate Construction, LLC (IREC) announced the hiring of Jeff Murdorf as director of construction. Mur- dorf is responsible for leading all construction projects for the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies, includ- ing the Moove In Self Storage portfolio. He will manage each project from start to finish, which includes expansion proj- ects and capital improvements at existing stores, renovations and expansions at newly ac- quired properties and new construction for future devel- opment properties, as well as capital improvements at the home office and historic mill.
